By this way we will get Government Contribution of Rs.4500/- per candidate and the payment will goes to individual Bank account directly of every month. Remaining portion will bear by Management. By this way my saving salary cost around 12 Lakhs per month. No PF and No ESI for one year and after one year based on performance we will take our regular role.
